"I was fortunate to have the opportunity to speak to Brandy about the bacterial filters that I had ordered for my recalled dream maker by Phillips machine. I ordered 10 filters but found out that they did not fit the machine using a humidifier. Brandi offered me a refund before I even asked for it! That really pleased me. I needed advice on which machine to purchase that meets my needs as a truck driver, and a traveler.
Brandy T. was very helpful with getting me the machine I needed. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and fun to talk with! As well, she suggested that I get some extra filters and hoses. She also helped me pick out a portable power supply to go with my machine, for an upcoming trip to Bali. It’s about a 24 hour flight each way, I learned on my trip to Greece a couple years ago that aircraft don’t have any outlets, even when the airline says they do…"
