Great service

"Thanks to Brandy at CPAP.com it was very easy to order my new CPAP machine. She helped me with matching up my prescription and my order, I use my middle name and the doctor had used my first name. The Philips recall is a nightmare so it was great to find a ResMed machine available and ready to ship out."

OUTSTANDING Company

"First I need to say I have only given very few reviews. Felt people needed to hear the good NOT always the bad. IVA helped me with an order and made sure everything was the exact items I needed to use with my new system. Never made me feel rushed and she as well took her time to do the best and make sure I was satisfied. 100+%
I did receive a wrong item but that was just a simple picking error and if anyone has worked in a warehouse before they understand that happens. They promptly made corrections and even made the warehouse aware and sent the right item out same day. I felt with MISTY on the return and seriously absolutely the only two employees i dealt with and I would be glad to have them representing my company. Will continue to do business with CPAP.COM

"I discovered during a power outage that my old battery was not compatible with my new CPAP machine. Brandy, the customer service rep I reached on the phone, looked up my account and gave me a couple of options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Very pleasant experience after a sleepless night, thanks to her helpfulness!"

"I was in a panic over the recall of the Dream Station I'd bought 6 months ago. We spent considerable time discussing the issue and my options. superb service from brandy

"i never ever purchase things like a cpap from the internet..but in this situation i had to due to my phillips being recalled..my gosh, i am so impressed with service so far..brandy was so very helpful and i am expecting my machine express tomorrow..i would recommend this company for anyone needing a cpap for sure..i also spoke with a gentleman last night who was helpful as well..likewise, i am so impressed with the website set up which step by step answers every single question one could have and walks you through the process! Helpful AND considerate!!

"Brandi was absolutely amazing in helping me with my issue. I was purchasing supplies for my mom and ran into the "Prescription Needed" flag, since I placed an order for the full headgear mask option. I only needed the cushion and not the whole headgear, to which she said the cushion could be ordered without a prescription! I was happy that my mom did not have to search through ten years worth of documentation to find her prescription. Thank you for being so helpful Brandi!"

"I was fortunate to be assigned Ms Camyatta when I called CPAP.com to inform them of the issue with my address when I called today. She was very professional, patient and thorough in not only addressing the issue at hand but went of her way to advise me that either the tech department or her customer rep lead person will get back to me to inform me of the disposition of the problem. I had exactly the same issue before when I placed an order for the CPAP masks recently. Camyatta was indeed very pleasant and courteous."

"I called and spoke with Brandy. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment, and honestly I ended the phone call knowing way more about my CPAP than before I called. I wasn't aware of the Phillips recall, so she sent me the information as well as correcting the items on my order so we could expedite my order.
