The customer sales rep was very helpful

"She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to identify an air filter for an older CPAP machine, and also assisted me in identifying a replacement mask or new parts to my existing mask. She was patient and very courteous. I do not know how anyone could have done a better job than she did. I have been a consultant to call centers and customer service rep companies for over 30 years, so that is saying something."

I didn't think service like this existed anymore

"I was an overwhelmed, older, first time c-pap user with a million and one questions. Not only was Brandy T competent and knowledgeable, she was kind and patient and guided me through the whole process. She explained everything in great detail and answered every one of my questions and concerns. She made me feel like I was the only customer she had for the day. And when it was time to pay the bill she found me some extra promotions to help make my purchase more affordable.

I never write reviews, but Brandy T and cpap.com deserve 10 stars out of five. I didn't have to wait very long in hold but the time I did spend on hold I was able to listen to helpful info about my c-pap machine, instead of advertisements trying to get me to spend more money. Cpap.com has also been very efficient at sending back email correspondence in a timely manner. This company should be used as a model to other companies on how to do it right.

"I called today to change the type of CPAP mask I use. Anita gave me great advice in helping me choose the right mask. And she also helped me find the most economical mask choice with the best economical yet-timely shipping! She also explained the 30-day return policy that gives me assurance that I am purchasing the best product for my situation.

"Brandy T is an excellent customer service rep.She is patient ,reassuring, and exceptionally competent.She listens calmly to the whole explanation of your situation calmly and does not try to hurry you.Basically she is great with people,particularly older people like me.
Zachary H also provided recent excellent customer service.The help he provided required that he had to overcome much red tape and complicated web obstacles, but he got it done just as he said he would.Of all the cpap supply stores Cpap.com is the best run with the best customer service reps.Their prices sre considerably lower on full mask set ups and their whole operations is exemplary.E.R.
