"I receive a package in the mail on Monday, March15, 2021. It was to contain the chin strap that I had ordered on March 12, 2021 but instead all that was in the package was a luggage tag. No long hold times with obnoxious automated recordings every 20 seconds for a half hour+ unlike everywhere else when you call a business. You won't be on hold for more than 5 minutes.
The knowledge of staff is solid. The products aren't marked up and I don't think they have any poor out of date products.
This is the 3rd place I used for my CPAP needs everything 5 stars across the board.
