I made a mistake ordering online and CPAP.com was more than helpful

"Brandy was very nice and understanding about my mistake and made sure to do everything she could to help me correct my mistake. My only regret was not knowing about CPAP.com when I ordered my first machine. If you are in doubt about buying your machine direct from CPAP.com, don't hesitate. You will pay more through your insurance and their preferred provider, and probably won't receive as good as service as CPAP.com and Brandy!"

Best Customer Service Ever

"I have been a loyal customer with Cpap.com for over 8-9 years , they have the best professional customer service agents I have ever dealt with , I cant believe it , the have never ever “not once “ failed my expectations in them, they are beyond professional and caring and dedicated and passionate about their work.
I wonder how they recruit and train these agents to be that good.

Need Receipt

"Apparently, I need an actual receipt to be able to claim the expense for my FSA.

Since I don't have an account online (Guest), the site didn't save my order (or I couldn't access it) and I was unable to get an actual receipt.

"After having dry mouth issues with my pillow mask, I called customer service to figure out what mask worked best for me. Brandy was very helpful and extremely patient as I learned the different options. 45minutes later, I landed on a full coverage mask and feel very confident about this company's return policy if I still need to adjust and find the best fit mask.
