"I had a great experience with Agnes at CPAP.com. I had picked out a mask, but wasn’t sure if it was compatible with my machine. I called and was connected with Agnes. She was a wonderful help to me and went above what she would have had to do. She answered all my questions, found a better price for me and helped me select a chin strap. Shipping was never a problem; however, this time I received my CPAP (11/23/2020) almost three weeks after I ordered the CPAP (11/2/2020). Anchorage is a FedEx hub and should get fairly good service. I called CPAP.com expressing my concerns. CPAP.com was unable to speed up the shipment. "
