"I have to say I have visited cpap.com many times over the years but never ordered because I have insurance that would not reimburse me. I did finally placed a order for a few items and was very pleased with everything except the cleaning solution I purchased. I did look at the product info but was not aware how to do a complete item search on how to use the product being new to ordering. I have since figured that out and that was the reason for sending it back. I just wanted something simple and effective but not complicated and hazardous to me or our pets. Called customer service rep explained and sent the necessary Info to me for the return. I then called customer service back because I was not able to send the item back yet and wanted to make sure it was okay and also wanted a credit instead of a refund. The rep again explain the details to me updated the necessary info in the system and sent the info via email again. I received notice you have my item back and details on how to use it when ordering. To sum it up great customer service, products and company. I want all my products from you. The only thing I wish is that you didn't need a prescription for some items. Everything looked new unlike in the past my items looked used when I purchased from my provider..I will leave it at that. Thank you so much!..also shipping was great!"

"I just got off the phone with lovely and very helpful and patient Brandy. She was just terrific and help me change some settings on my ResMed machine as I’m having a very difficult time adjusting to using my CPAP machine after trying numerous full face masks, nasal pillows with chinstrap and now SomniFix strips. I hope the new settings will help but if I’m still having issues I’ll certainly call back. Very helpful to have someone like Brandy to call! "

I contacted customer service and was enlightened with the methods of how to find the best mask That might work for me. She explained that there are many different types of masks, showed me how to find mask sizing, and walked me through how to find the best size for me.
