"I have been purchasing supplies and devices for CPAP.com for 12 years...it started with helping a friend's Dad, help him to buy a CPAP device and then 4 years later buying my first CPAP device. Their product is authentic, but there most valuable asset is their agents. They not only professional but polite, well-spoken, and well informed about their internal process...and this is coming for a customer service professional...keeping the call center staff well informed regularly is extremely difficult for...but the cherry on the top is the way they speak to the call...not as an agent forced to take the call as he or his had no job and this is the only thing available at the time...but as a friend while maintaining the utmost professionalism...so well done HEATH"

"I spoke with Nadira at CPAP.com today. Last night, My CPAP machine overheated so badly it burned my hand and arm and even the nightstand. Nadira was very concerned and compassionate, and addressed ALL my concerns. She forwarded me to her supervisor, Kristan, who agreed to not only replace my CPAP with another brand, but also my husband's because even though his has not malfunctioned yet, it is the same model. I have lost all confidence in this particular model, Apex iCh auto, and wish to go back to the Devillbiss Intellipap APAP. Nadira took a great deal of time with me, not only on the business side of things, but calming me down and reassuring me. I have used CPAP.com for 10+ years, and will continue, in large part due to Nadira and Kristan's concerned responses to my situation. Thank you!"
