"CPAP.com does a great job with customer service and delivery of my CPAP supplies. So they get a 5stars for their business. However, I have a DreamMachine and it has been replaced once already and I need to have it replaced again. Since CPAP.com doesn't make the machine this review is about them not the product.
Right now I am waiting for someone to contact me back to honor the warranty. I'll update this rating once they do, but I fully expect that they will work fast like they usually do."

"After spending a couple of frustrating days trying to find PPO CPAP vendor while traveling out of town and having a broken machine I called CPAP.com. They had my new machine to me by next day delivery. I called them for assistance with the setup and the representative walked me through the process of changing the settings so that I could get a comfortable nights sleep. Their customers service people are thorough and knowledgable. "

"I bought the gel nasal pillows and headgear. I've worn pillows for over 10 years and have always loved them. However they sometimes hurt my nose. When I saw gel nasal pillows, I thought I'd give them a try. Once I got used to them and realizing they didn't have to go inas far, I have been sleeping better and getting better scores on the sleep app for my machine. 20 is the highest you can get on my machine for headgear for sleeping the night before. With my old headgear and nasal pillows, I usually got around nine or ten out of twenty. With the nasal pillows, I', getting 18, 19 and even 20 one night!
I definitely recommend this product!!!"
