Easy Button

"Carol was extremely efficient and courteous while helping me resolve the issue of sending and receiving my husband's prescription so that his order could be expedited for an overnight delivery. My husband had just come home after having neck surgery and his cpap machine broke. It was very important for him to resume use of his cpap so we needed a quick purchase and delivery process and she made that possible for me while calmly handling my problem of transferring the doctor's prescription. Thank you! "

Ordering a new mask

"I was having an issue with a mask I ordered as it was causing a sore on my nose. When I called CPAP.com, Carol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping pick a new mask. "Top notch company thus far. I had submitted my order, but had forgotten to enter my promo code. I called the phone number on the order as it had just finished processing and immediately someone answered. Anita introduced herself and was very professional. She assisted me in getting the code entered, sent me an updated invoice and was extremely helpful. They did overnight shipping which is amazing when you are talking about sleep supplies, every night counts! "
