"Purchased almost 1000$ worth of tools. The saw I received was defected. I called cpo to try to get it resolved and they told me first they didn't have any information in regard to my purchase even though I had a receipt. After an hour in a half they found documentation. Then they need me to return my entire purchase to inspect so that they can send me a new set. I called the next week asking for a refund because the amount of time it would take me to get new tools back from them would not be acceptable and they told me they couldn't do that for me because they already processed a new order, I was cool with that but after waiting two weeks and no emails or call backs I decided to reach out once more. After a few minutes with the representative, she cancelled the order and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for a refund. "

"Ordered brackets for a kargo master ladder rack for truck. Paid right at 100$. Ordered on may 5th and website stat d 2-3 days shipping. After 3 days never got a email with tracking. Called them and said shipped by manufacturer. And then on may 9th recieve stamps mail stating order canceled. And told my card was never charged until item is shipped. Checked bank and money was taken out on day of order. And now have to wait 3-5 days before refund. Do not shop with them. Very shady customer service. They even hung up in me . "
"I purchased these tools that didn't work well but, sauce I don't use them often I figured I'd just charge the batteries and try another time. After the holidays l noticed they were really not working correctly. So, I requested an exchange within the Amazon return/exchange timeframe window. The seller would not send me the exchange... Twice requested. The exchange order status kept saying it was delayed via numerous email (I still have the emails) but, then the exchange request/order just disappeared from Amazon. Total scam and they know how to skirt around bad reviews and play the Amazon loopholes."
"As with so many others I bought a "factory reconditioned" Milwaukee Mitre saw, when it arrived with the blade bolt fused into the unit. This saw had obviously never been fully tested or "reconditioned". When I tried to return it they told me they did not have any more. Their website showed they had multiple still available. Instead they told me to bring it in to Milwaukee for service which I did and am now still waiting almost 2 months later.
Anyway I am with the others, CPO engage in shady business practices and will screw their customers. Do not trust, avoid if at all possible."
"I ordered a utility trailer and a trailer jack to the tune of over $1500. It took weeks for it to ship and when it did, the tracking link from the shipping company didn't work. I was able to go to the shippers website and enter the tracking number. Well the trailer arrived four-day early when no one was home. When I got home there was the trailer but no jack. Was it stolen? Was it lost in shipping? Ill never know and CPO outlets doesn't care. Don't buy anything from cpo outlets. They ripped me off $53.76."
"Unless you just like stress and the potential to have to sue a company to get justice - AVOID CPO TOOLS , their customer service is the worst you will ever see , staffed by prima donna woman who are rude as they get. They are basicly theifs and you are taking a huge risk dealing with them . I myself have no problem suing them but if that is not your desire , skip them completly.

"Ordered the Milwaukee packout 3 drawer and when I received it, it was damaged. Called and they issued an RMA to send it back for replacement. When I called to confirm that it had been received they said they couldn’t send a replacement as they had none in stock. When someone returns something to be replaced then you should make sure you have it in stock to replace it before you tell a customer you will replace it. I said then issue a refund. Refund was “processed” by them on May 27 and they said it takes 3-5 days and I will have it back. Today makes day 8 and I still do not have my refund. Spare the generic response that you will have a customer service agent contact me. I do not want to deal with a company that treats customers like this. And to think I have already spent a lot of money here, but it will not happen again. I am done with CPO"
"I was leery of this website at first, due to reviews that came up on my Google search for reviews. One review site shows mostly nearly 5 star ratings, while another shows mostly one star ratings. So, I called the contact number. Someone actually answered the phone, answered all my questions, and alleviated my concerns. I ordered a Dewalt Oscillating Multitool at a terrific price. The tool arrived quickly, well packaged, and in brand new condition. I am ecstatic about this purchase! I would definitely purchase from CPO again and will recommend them to my friends!"
"I ordered 3 reconditioned 3-tool sets which arrived with one tool in each set not as pictured, 2 of which do not sound healthy either. After contacting them, the customer service agent said that she would ask the manager and get back to me within 24-48 hours. When that passed, I called again to get the same response. They call me back the next day to tell me to take the faulty tools to a service center and then call DeWalt to swap out the tools that were not as pictured, and then they offered a $50 credit for the trouble (the total I paid was about $475).
I have had bad experiences with DeWalt customer service before, in addition to not buying their story that DeWalt would just swap out the tools like that, so I told them that I am not interested and want to return it instead. They issue an RMA and send me the return labels through UPS, and I send them back. I followed the tracking and did not receive anything from them after it arrived; not an email saying that the refund is processing nor seeing a refund on my form of payment.
I finally email them demanding to know what is going on and they say "Please know that we've submitted a request to have your refund processed. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your end." The problem is that that has already passed without seeing anything. I am probably going to have to just dispute the charge.
Beware before purchasing that if you have an issue, they will not be accommodating."

"Ordered a Porter Cable 892 router on Amazon, shipped and sold by CPO Outlets. The router came to me with a broken push button lock pin for bit changing. The black box it was in was not sealed as I'm accustomed to seeing with Porter Cable products and was also scratched on top. I emailed them about it, they hee-hawed around with the issue until it was outside their return window then simply said via email to me "sorry it's outside our return window, you need to take it up with Porter Cable" to which I was furious about and then involved Amazon. Amazon will ultimately take care of this issue but this company is HORRIBLE to deal with and should be enough for Amazon to pull the plug on these people but they won't because I'm sure CPO spends a lot of money there. So much for Bezos and his "customer centric" philosophy! It's all about MONEY plain and simple and who gets screwed in the process, the person working his **** off every day to be able to afford such tools in the first place!
Never again and I will plaster my experience with these people in every place i can possibly find to do so!"
