"I am a big fan of CafePress. My grand-kids are big into the Twilight Saga, so I've found awesome t-shirts and other merchandise for their Christmas gifts. The quality is really good, customer service has been overly generous on helping me if I ordered them wrong, and I receive their items in a timely manner. I buy specialty shirts for my son that you just don't find in regular stores. I love finding unique items, and CafePress always come through."

"I am extremely impressed with the service and products at CafePress. Upon receiving a T-shirt realized it was too small and requested an exchange. Customer service got back to me within an hour and I was told not to return the original as not to incur any additional shipping charges. No other company I have ever dealt with has done that.

"Wanted to use a promotion code that had an extremly short availability. When I went to their "Design Your Own" section of the website it would not allow me to do what I needed to do. I emailed asking for help because there was no phone number available that I could find. By the time they replied, by email even though they had my contact phone number, the 50% off promotion was no longer available and they countered with a 30% consolation code - to me this is the old bait and switch at work. Adios Cafe Press."

"I ordered two t-shirts from CafePress. UPS lost my package and blamed it on yhe USPS. I called Cafepress Customer Service. The were EXTREMELY helpful. Timothy was nothing but polite. They shipped out a new order and upgraded the shipping at no cost to me. This was not my first order with CafePress and it will not be my last."

"There was a problem with my order and I was disappointed ... but the way that Cafe Press responded in terms of customer service was exceptional. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and are completely resolving the problem. I know that with custom printing, there are going to be challenges - how Cafe Press has handled this is exemplary and I am SUPER impressed. I definitely recommend them!"

"I tried to buy an 8x8 photo book from CafePress after they sent me an offer to get it for $9.99. What a great deal, I thought. Whoa. Wait. That's not actually the deal, even though the banners on their website say the same thing.

Here's what it says:
$9.99 for One Image Wrap Hardcover 8" x 8" Photo Book
100% Money Back Guarantee

First you have to buy a coupon through ShopSocially which is $9.99. Fine. I paid in advance, went to order my book, and at the checkout they wanted $9.99 plus shipping. What? I already paid in advance, I told customer service.

"Oh, no, you pay $9.99 for the coupon first, and then $9.99 for the book, plus shipping."
"But that's not what your ad says," I respond, reading it to her.
She called me back, after confirming with the office. "That's right ma'am, it's $9.99. You purchased a coupon for $9.99 for the right to buy the book for $9.99"

Does that seem A TAD DECEPTIVE, I asked?

I groused and grumbled and went back to pay the extra $9.99 when the photo book I designed (took an hour to set up) disappeared. WHAT? All that work and catchy phrasing I put in?

All gone. My $9.99 wasted (I'll ask for a refund) and my time down the drain.

Upside? That YOU don't have to buy from CafePress because you've been warned that it is run by chimps or, at least, chimps who write and design their deceptive ad banners.

Don't buy from CafePress. There are better dealers out there.

"I am very picky about the way my t-shirts fit because most t-shirts are too big and boxy, so I like a fitted woman's style t-shirt. I ordered a women's small and when it came, it was DEFIANTLY fitted!! Actually, a little too fitted! So, I was disappointed to think that I was going to have to package it back up, go to the post office and pay to have it returned. And then WAIT for my replacement.
I was very surprised to hear that CafePress is going to send me a replacement size AND I get to Keep the small one!!! I stretched it over my pillow to make it a little bigger. Because of your generosity and awesome customer service, I will DEFIANTLY recommend your website!!!

This statement pretty much sums up what CafePress thinks about its customers.

CafePress could give a rat’s ass about their customers. They are low life scam artists. They take your money and never ship. When you call they say "did you not call and cancel?" Only problem is you did not call to cancel and they charged you for something they refuse to ship unless you pay for it again.

Then get ready to have your mailbox full of junk offers from their site.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this site before I ordered. I have never seen a site get so many negative reviews before. How do they expect to do business in the future when they do not even care.

"I recently ordered a "Knocked up at Christmas" t-shirt but didn't realize the sizes were not Maternity. When I recieved the shirt it was FAR too small for my growing tummy and so I requested that I could return it for a large. The representative promptly responded and offered to send me a new shirt free of charge and let me keep the other (though it's still too small to even wear. lol) They were very nice and it was very nice that I didn't have to return the shirt."
