I emailed CafePress and asked if I could return them for a different size. They got back with me in a couple of hours and said they had already ordered the replacement at no charge to me!! "I ordered a wall clock and mistakenly ordered the wrong one. It came in the mail and when I realized my mistake, I contacted Cafepress to get a request for an exchange. I just got an email saying they are sending the new clock and no need to return the wrong one. This is unbelievable customer service!! I'm the one who made the mistake and yet they don't want me to incur any more expenses! I'm in shock! CafePress has a customer for life! "I have a very modest 'store' on Cafe Press. I had a couple of issues getting it opened and had excellent support from CafePress. I had a more serious issue and thought I would have a hard time getting it resolved. I was wrong! It was quickly resolved and I got the nicest note letting me know. "I foolishly ordered a shirt in a size too small. I requested an exchange, and prepared myself for packaging my shirt back up, trekking to the shipping store, and paying for a return. Overnight I received a very gracious letter telling me CafePress was immediately preparing my shirt in the new size and I didn't have to return the other one.

"SO this is a GREAT review. I ordered 7 t-shirts for Christmas. All arrived in a timely manner (1 week) and look great. I wanted to exchange one that was a kids size for an adult size. The same day that I emailed with the issue, I got a response. They are sending me a replacement T, which is $7.00 more, at no charge, and not making me return the small one. Awesome customer service that I do not have the hassle of packaging and mailing it back! "

Well it's November and my item finally shipped and it will be at my front door soon. It took 4 months for my item to ship. Wow that's bad. I have been a customer for a long time with no complaints."
