"I Have purchased several t shirts from Cafe press and always been very satisfied. The last t shirt I purchased was way too small. I notified them and immediately got a refund for the tshirt and was told to just keep it. I thought this was very nice and will continue to purchase from Cafe Press."

"I ordered two hooded sweatshirts from this company. They were shipped promptly and arrived when I expected them to. (I was not in a rush to receive them nor did I have a deadline such as someones birthday to have them by). There was a note in the package alerting me to the fact that I may be able to see the screen print press around the design but that if I wash it as directed, it would go away. The light colored hoodie was fine but the black one did not wash out. I contacted CafePress and the customer service was wonderful. They offered to ship out another sweatshirt free of any charge and for me not to worry about returning the original sweatshirt so that I did not incur shipping charges. The customer service reps did not try to lay blame on me not following the washing instructions or anything. No questions asked. They just wanted to do whatever it took to make me, their customer, happy. They succeeded thus far. I look forward to receiving the resipped product and hope that I dont have an issue with this one. "

"No customer service. Placed order and paid extra for it to be delivered as a birthday gift. Had to call to find out why it was still being made. Rep said he did not know why. Then they said it was discontinued and go to their website and pick something else. I go to their website and there is the same item still for sell. I select it send it and they lost the order. That is why I say they have no customer service."

"I love Cafe Press !!!! Ive been a customer of theirs for a few years now and cannot fault them. Recently I ordered a tshirt in the wrong size and instead of having to send it back for exchange they said keep it we will send you another. I couldnt beleive it, I was more than happy to send the initial one back as it was my fault id ordered the wrong size but didnt need too. Im sticking with these guys for all my tshirt orders. Impressive customer service."

"I ordered t-shirts for the ring bearers and flower girl for our wedding. The shirts for the boys were too small so I needed to return them. I received a response the same day and was very impressed with their service. I've always loved their products, but this was the first time I had to use the customer service. "For the past several years, I have made various purchases from CafePress. I've never encountered a problem before my most recent order. Due to a technical glitch or my own carelessness, I submitted an order with a discount code and was able to see the discounted purchase, but when the confirmation summary was emailed to me, it did not reflect a discount at all. After 3 different emails, I believe the issue has been resolved. Agent 1 offered great service and offered to refund the equivalent of the discount, but dropped the ball with following through. Agent 2 thanked me for my (premature) reply. Agent 3 caught the error and resolved the issue. I'm glad they were able to do something about the error, but am a little disappointed that it had to pass through 3 different agents."

"I was really impressed by the huge selection of dog-themed products and placed an order with them after midnight. I proceeded to forget I'd placed the order and reordered the same items the next day. Yeh, dumb. They were so gracious about it and refunded the duplicate order and even told me not to return the duplicate merchandise. I'm really impressed by their customer service and positive attitude towards customers. You can't beat that kind of service. "

"I ordered this cute little t-shirt called "Dreaming About Basketball" in size 18 to 24 months for a Christmas gift for my grandson but, when I spoke to my step daughter I found out that he's wearing 24 months or even larger now. So, I contacted CafePress with an email and told them that I needed to exchange this t-shirt for a larger one. I thought that the CafePress representatives were so nice and helpful! I ended up exchanging this shirt for a larger one in a different style, and I didn't even have to send back the smaller one...which was great! Thank you CafePress for being such a great company!"

"I had difficulty using coupon codes for my order. I e-mailed and waited less than 24 hours for a reply to my inquiry. The explanation for the difficulty was explained well...a simple error on my part. They were kind enough to give me a special offer anyway. Customer service was prompt and very pleasant."
