You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

Another issue was carpet weight chosen was not available but only higher grade material. Sales rep worked with manufacturer and sold the higher end carpet for the same price. Installer stated the carpet was excellent quality and very seldom installs this level of carpet. I am a builder and have been using this company for 20 yrs."
