I will let HSN know so they can stop giving out a free case from Caseable because, you never receive a case or an answer from this company. "I'm very happy with my tablet cases, they are just as beautiful as described. The delivery took a little longer than the estimated delivery date, apparently due to a delay in international mail. Thankfully a courteous Caseable customer service representative promptly responded to my email and assured me that the items should be delivered shortly so I was very happy to receive them a couple of days later and in good condition. I'm pleased with my orders and would consider ordering again in the future."
"I ordered my case on 12/19/2017 and I have not received it. Today is 1/5/2018. I have sent multiple emails requesting any feedback about my order and I have not received any return reply. I believe this company is a scam and buyer beware. I ordered my tablet from a TV retailer and a voucher was given by this TV retailer to acquire this free case for the tablet as a bonus. I guess this big name TV retailer needs to know what they have been offering. I think they may be very interested. If anyone who has the same problem and finally receives their product please let us know with a new comment. It will be the only information about any

"On 12-4-17 I ordered an Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet that included a free case cover from Caseable.com. I reading all the ratings below, it seems all had the same problems. Coupon for free cover, would not work! Attempted to use Chrome and Internet Explorer to order, did not work. Only after calls to QVC & one to Caseable, before they took their number off there web site, could not fix anything. Finally after several attempts, I used a coupon from "Honey" and paid a small fee for one, and it processed my order. All I ever received was an order no. and no other information. My bank account had payment withdrawn immediately, and on 12-19-17 I received an email that my cover had shipped! No cover ever arrived, no one to return emails, only an automated receipt immediately after sending a note asking for assistance. After reading all the reviews prior to this one, it is plain to see this is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!"
