"Product purchased (bluetooth headset) was shipped promptly, but unfortunately was defective. Followed 'returns' protocol, but never heard about order status until I inquired via e-mail on 03-11-08. Cellhut response directed me to call CS line where the rep was pleasant and helpful. The product I had originally ordered was not available, so a substitute headset was specified with my approval. I was told there would be a confirmation e-mail (there was not) and the replacement arrived 03-18-08. Cannot deem my experience to be entirely satisfactory--I paid for the return shipping and in the end had to wait an entire month to have a working product. Also have the impression had I not contacted Cellhut for status, probably would have waited even longer..."

"Phone came without the battery. I wasn't the person who ordered, so I asked the person to contact them. Response i got was "the phone was directly from the manufacturer, how can the battery be missing?" After hearing such excuse, I contact via their site again. This time, I never received a response. I reported to BBB, and below is what they told BBB:
Customer placed order #xxxxx with our company on February 5, 2008. First, he gave us the wrong address, so the package was returned to shipper. Then we resent the package to the customer by USPS and the package was delivered in good condition by tracking number xxxxxx. The customer never contacted us stating any item was missing in the package.
They gave false information to BBB. First of all, the address was the correct one, but the person who ordered put his name instead of mine. When the delivery guy came, I didn't know the package was for me until after the delivery guy left. Also, we did contact them, and they lied about how we never contact them. Would never buy from them again. What use is a phone without its battery? "

"This is dishonest company and I won't deal with it anymore. They cheated me out on 15% restocking fees for their own error. I ordered Motorola F3 phone. The same phone offered on TigerDirect.com, but apparently the version CellHut sold me only works in Asian/European markets while the one offered on TigerDirect works on Asian/European AND U.S. GMS-compatible carriers (T-Mobile, Cingular).
The problem is CellHut DID state their phone is compatible with Asian/European markets, but apparently they FAILED to inform me it does not work in the U.S. I had to go for the trouble of shipping it back and guess what: in addition to my own expense they charged me the restocking fees
I have suggested the company to update their website, but they failed to do so opening the window of opportunities for other "unsatisfied" customers. I guess that is what the company makes it profit of: the charge of the restocking fee on products you cannot even confirm working"
