"I ordered a Motorola Hands Free (Silver L7, V3 Razr) Headset- SYN1301 and a Motorola 98605/SPN5202/CH710 Rapid Travel Charger for Motorola Razr V3 from CellHut for a great price. I received the merchandise a week to 10 days later. I didn't use the Hands Free right away, as it was supposed to be new. So when I found out that it did not work, I sent an email to CellHut. They told me a replacement is not a problem on 8/14. Then when I submit a request for an RMA, they tell me "We are sorry to inform you that your RMA request is declined as it does not meet the Terms and Conditions of CellHut for an RMA to be issued." Their RMA policy is "Items can only be returned within 14 days of the item's shipping date". So beware that if it takes 7-10 days to get the item, check for defective items promptly, otherwise you are stuck with junk.

"I purchased a samsung bluetooth headset advertised on deals2buy.com. The headset turned out to hold a dead battery. I then looked at the manufacturing date and it was way back in 2006. Most electronics would have dead batteries by 2008 if manufactured in 2006 and not charged at least once. I hold cellhut.com completely responsible for selling this defective product on its website. On top of all the fraud, the company has a no paid return shipping policies even for defective products. I am not buying anything from this company again. My advise is that all others who think of buying must review their shipping policies else you might wind up with all the shipping charges being charged to you. What a rip off. Just beware!"
"Cellhut knew that samsung wep170 were defective lemon headset but still sold it to customers at a reduced price. I return the wep 170 and asked for a equivalent headset to be replace with the same defective model. "

"I should of read up more on cell hut.. worse online experience ever!! i am still waiting after 3 - 4 months for my refund after they told me that the product i wanted (blackberry pearl) was out of stock. why would you let some one order it in the first place if its not available. "Bought a Moto Razr V3 car charger and an earpiece through google checkout. Received the order on Jan. 7, 2008. The charger works fine. But the earpiece does not work at all. Ask for RMA on Jan. 8, 2008. Did not hear anything back from them so far. Very bad customer service!

They sent me an email with RMA # dated Jan 9 and I received this email on JAN 28. Does it take so long to send an email? They also stated the item MUST be received within 3-4 business days to process the return. What a joke!"
"I placed an oder from cellhut #136742 , The phone was defected ( back cover wont fit on the phone) request RMA # 9742, returned it right away, Tracking with UPS #1zue592e0365961861 confirmed that the package already send it back to cellhut on 1-3-08 . today is 1-22-08 Cellhut still withholding my moneys this is really sucks, i should of listen to other ppl warned me about cellhut, it cost me $18.00 for the returned shipping, Never wanna to do buiness with this ppl again cell=scam=liar"
"Its surprising how major websites support this crappy service provider! I had ordered for a sony Ericsson w950i. I received the phone in good condition but the battery never charged! They sent me a new battery upon request but that too never charged! When I sent it back to them for replacement they simply sent the SAME piece back to me!
The wait to talk to customer care is LOOONG - waited for 2 hours to get through! They dont respond to emails, and the customer support agents are arrogant to say the least! NEVER BUY FROM HERE - NEVER! "
