Our tailors make dresses according to the measurements you offered without seeing you in person. In addition, before making the dress, one of our co-workers from the different department will send you an email to double-check all of your measurements.
Our customization reduces the possibility of alteration but doesn't guarantee 100% fitness. As you know, there is even about 2-3 times alteration for the stores. Because our customization is a kind of remote service, another local fitting is recommended to make the dress fit like a glove.

If the wedding date is fast approaching or not yet, we highly recommend to our customers to write or leave the event date in the item remarks or comment box, so that we know the important date and monitor the progress of the dress.
