"Everything thing about my experience has been exceptional. First, I got the best prices on the pieces I choose. Second, my house is under construction and they worked with me to set a delivery timeframe that aligned with our expected move-in date. When that slipped they made it easy to postpone delivery. Delivery Issues

"Coleman’s 1st delivery team failed to get my furniture inside my home. Initially I was disappointed then later very upset as Coleman’s return policies are outrageous! But having taken prior measurements I knew my sectional sofa would fit & requested my furniture to be redelivered & had a Couch Doctor come just in case to dismantle the furniture if it didn’t fit. #Couch Doctors aren’t cheap & this one drove out-of-state to my home. The 2nd delivery team/crew managed to get the bigger of the two sectionals into my home with no trouble. "

Best Decision Ever!

"I was skeptical at first since Coleman is an online furniture store, but the head my dream couch and it was even $500 cheaper then the original store. Everything was spectacular, smooth. Communication was through and consistent. There was even an issue with the ottoman that they notices in their quality check and called me to tell me they were sending it back because it didn't meet their standards.
Now 9 months after I received my furniture, there is a small rip on the cushion. Once again I contacted Coleman and they took care of EVERY STEP.

I hope they stay in business for years to come, because I will be making many more purchases.

"From start to finish, Coleman's team has been awesome. They kept me updated nearly weekly. If there was an issue, I knew about it immediately. They were always courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery team did an excellent job and when a part was missing, Coleman made sure the manufacturer had it to me within the same week! That's service! Exceptional Customer Support

"These folks are something else. I just had a Love Seat and a Sofa delivered three weeks ago. My dog decided to chew an 8" hole in the seat of the sofa. He had never done anything like this before. I was absolutely sick. I told Coleman what happened. They submitted a claim to the manufacture. And of course and rightly so, they refused the claim. So Coleman purchased enough material for me to make a cover for it. They paid for the material and shipping. Where can you find this kind of support? I mean I'm actually getting choked up writing this. They went way out of their way to help me. I'll never forget this. Customer forever!"

Missing Knob

"My new wall unit arrived missing one of the 12 knobs. I worked with Lyba and she handled the situation from beginning to end and when I was confused on what she wanted and where could I obtain the information on the unit, she went the extra mile to send me pictures which showed their location. Now my replacement knob is on the way and she provided me with the tracking information.

My new wall unit is beautiful and I am so glad that I ordered. It took me 6 months to find exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier.

Quality Furniture, Excellent Customer Service

"I bought an entertainment center and when I received it it was just beautiful they set it up in no time it looked great and then I noticed there was one door that had a crack in it. I spoke with Kathleen at customer service and she talked to the manufacturer and they sent me a new door. The furniture is very well-made and beautiful, I have no complaints."

Happy I found them

"I have a lot of little knick-knacks and a small apartment. I have a space that the curio will fit in nicely. I purchased one but they cancelled it because it was back-ordered. When I checked on the status again, I found I could order it again, although it wouldn't be shipped until December, which was fine, but as I was looking at the page I found a different one and decided to buy it instead. I'm happy with my decision and glad this company ships free and has in-home set up."
