"Long story short, after accepting a piece of furniture we discovered a flaw that affected the item. Because of the size of the piece and nature of the required repair (weld) we had concerns. The customer service team was very helpful in working with the manufacturer to secure a credit for the repair. It was handled quickly and everything was very clear. Fast forward a few months, I accidentally burned my couch and wanted to go through warranty … manufacturing company, denied the request, however without any back and forth, Gabby the customer service rep immediately proposed a solution, and I am expected to receive my replacement cushions soon. "Coleman’s 1st delivery team failed to get my furniture inside my home. Initially I was disappointed then later very upset as Coleman’s return policies are outrageous! But having taken prior measurements I knew my sectional sofa would fit & requested my furniture to be redelivered & had a Couch Doctor come just in case to dismantle the furniture if it didn’t fit. #Couch Doctors aren’t cheap & this one drove out-of-state to my home. The 2nd delivery team/crew managed to get the bigger of the two sectionals into my home with no trouble. "
"I was skeptical at first since Coleman is an online furniture store, but the head my dream couch and it was even $500 cheaper then the original store. Everything was spectacular, smooth. Communication was through and consistent. There was even an issue with the ottoman that they notices in their quality check and called me to tell me they were sending it back because it didn't meet their standards.
Now 9 months after I received my furniture, there is a small rip on the cushion. Once again I contacted Coleman and they took care of EVERY STEP.
I hope they stay in business for years to come, because I will be making many more purchases."
