Coleman does not have good return policy as I tried returning the mirror attached to the dresser but the support team mentioned it would be costly to do the return instead sell it by myself."

"I recently moved and purchased some new dining chairs ahead of time. It took a while for me to open them due to the move (my mistake), so I didn’t notice that a piece of wood was split on one of the chairs until nearly two months after receiving them. I emailed Coleman furniture and Cyra went above and beyond, contacting the manufacturer and getting a replacement part sent to me within a day or two! They were not obligated to do that, as I should have opened the box upon receipt and reported the damage immediately, so the fact that they took it upon themself to contact the manufacturer on my behalf and sort it out for me is beyond appreciated, especially since we’re still in the middle of moving. I will definitely be ordering from Coleman again when I need new furniture!"
"They had to come out three times. First two times I had the wrong part. The third time I thought everything was good but I just noticed now that my mattress is sinking down at the top and it appears that possibly they put the headboard on the wrong side of the bed we there’s an opening in the bed frame below the headboard. I am guessing that probably that opening should be at the feet end because this mattress is definitely not supporting my weight at all. "
"Coleman was highly responsive after I received my new bookcase, damaged. There were a number of scrapes in the wood, the piece assembled and is beautiful, but there were about half a dozen spots that are damaged. I reported the damage and was reached out to the same day. Shout out to Cyra Barrientos for recognizing my disappointment and working to make the situation better. Very happy with the level and quality of customer support- I will definitely recommend Coleman Furniture to others and I will be back myself!

"Long story short, after accepting a piece of furniture we discovered a flaw that affected the item. Because of the size of the piece and nature of the required repair (weld) we had concerns. The customer service team was very helpful in working with the manufacturer to secure a credit for the repair. It was handled quickly and everything was very clear.
