"I bought a chest of drawers off of this company. I was called by the delivery company and told the day of delivery. They showed up early so I was still at work. They stated that they had drove from Tampa and needed to get back so they asked if I could get a neighbor to come and accept delivery. I did get a neighbor to do this. When I got home, I could see that the chest of drawers was the wrong color. I have the same furniture in my bedroom but mistakenly picked the wrong color when I was ordering. If I was home, I could have seen this and declined delivery.
I called the company soon after, which was within the return time. I told them that I made the mistake and that I knew I would have to pay some kind of penalty. I paid a total of 1063.58 with free shipping. When I called to get a resolution the customer service reps were not helpful at all and appeared to try to want to upset me. I can deal with that since it is hard to get good employees these days and it is obvious this company has horrible employees.
The problem that I have is that I paid a total of 1063.58. Coleman Furniture wants to charge a 149.10 restocking fee and then 618.00 for shipping. So out of the 1063.58 that I paid for this chest of drawers, they only want to refund 296.48. I made the mistake and knew I would have to pay a penalty but to only get 296.48 back is a total rip off. I tried to reason with them and stated that I would be buying the correct color so they would make money off of that transaction as well as they would be delivering the new chest of drawers so they could pick up the return item so not to make a special trip to just pick up the returned item. They would not accommodate me at all.

"I ordered a nightstand with Coleman Furniture. I wasn’t able to take the nightstand out of the box because it was too heavy so I waited until the installer could do it for me. Unfortunately it was outside of the deadline to report any damages through Fed Ex as Coleman told me. For a while of texting back and forth it seemed that the issue wasn’t going to be resolved so i contacted my credit card company and things started to move in the right direction. Coleman was very helpful in getting me a new nightstand and arranging for the damaged one to be picked up. They did offer me a huge discount if I kept the damaged nightstand but I didn’t want it. I wanted one that wasn’t damaged. It took FED EX several attempts to pick up the damaged one because I guess they didn’t see it in front of my garage. It was frustrating putting this heavy box out every morning and waiting to see if they would pick it up. So my beef isn’t with Coleman but with FED EX. Coleman did an excellent job of keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. "

I did a lot of research on the chairs I wanted before ordering them from Coleman furniture & found that they really do have the BEST prices! They processed and shipped my order super fast. However, when my chairs were delievered they were damaged due to FedEx… I reached out to Coleman furniture and the employee cyra barrientos helped me get my order taken care of ASAP! She told me to keep the damaged chairs and sent replacements and I wasn’t charged for them. Now that I’d AMAZING customer service!!! She was so kind and sent me tracking updates via text message. She wanted to make sure the chairs arrived in perfect condition when they were delivered. I Hugh recommend this company and look forward to using them again!!! "I bought a beautiful kitchen table and chairs and have received compliments on them from the day they arrived. Buying on the website was easy, shipping was even faster than I had expected, and the delivery team that brought the products and set them up were great. It has been a few months, and the other day we noticed one of the chairs had a loose leg that couldn't be tightened because the bolt was stripped. After just a couple emails, a new leg is on the way.
