"I placed an order which the website indicated to be in stock. After I placed my order online, Comp-u-plus sent me an e-mail saying that the camera was out of stock, but I could have the camera only if I buy it in a package (with accessories that I did not need - over a $100 more expensive). Talk about "bait and switch"!. BAD BOYS!!! I'll never order here again."
"stay away from this store. their prices seem good until you figure in the $15 they charge for basic shipping. if you recieve a defective product like I did you are responsible for paying to ship it back (wich only cost me $7 to ship the same way they did) and they don't refund the original shipping charge. The "new retail" Antec power supply I ordered looked refurbished (dented and scratched even though box was fine) and I'm lucky it didn't destroy my computer when it went up in a literal puff of smoke 10 minutes after I hooked it up. I sent it back for a refund, but since they don't refund their overpriced shipping it ended up costing me $22 to learn not to buy from them. I will never order from them again and will continue warning others to stay away from them. "

"The worst in customer service. The order was a new laser printer which has never been sent. Had to contact the State of NY Consumer Protection Board for assistance. All phone numbers lead to a single answering machine. In short, do not buy from this vendor."
"Customer Service was rude and combative. I wanted the item shipped to Canada, and when I called to ask what shipper would be used they told me FedEx. They shipped UPS and I was handed large brokerage fees and COD fees. The fees totaled $50, on a $250 item. The shipping method used was standard UPS ground, but online it stated 2nd day delivery.
Their prices are great, but I think the extra hassle that I had to go through, as well as the extra fees, were not worth it. Not recommended.

"Purchased 2 sets of Sennheiser RS-120 wireless headphones from Comp-U-Plus for the lowest price I could find on the net. They came 10 days later and have excellent sound quality. Being able to roam around without wires is great, plus no more warnings from the landlord for loud music.
