"compubuzz provided reliable and quick service. i was very impressed with their prices and ease of use on their webpage."
" Hum, Finding what I wanted took a little while I had to remove some offered unnecessary items. Other than that the order when smoothly and I was able to order what I wanted AT the advertised price. Now awaiting shipping to see how this concludes"
"this is the second time I've ordered from you guys and I've always gotten good products from you; even if I ordered the wrong equipment you sent the right one at no extra cost."
"Experienced Tech.
The purchase was very simple but I did not like that they made me buy the manual and drivers for the motherboard for 10 dollars more than advertised price on pricewatch."
"My Order arrived on-time and was the best price on the Internet! Recently I placed an order with COMPUBUZZ.COM for a 2600+ AMD XP CPU. Within an hour after placing the order a friendly representitive called up and asked me if I wanted to upgrade my order with the AMD special running now only until the 29th. She was concerned I had not ordered a heatsink and fan. I thanked her for her notice and explained I already had an AMD recommended unit. I was skeptical because I placed the oder on Friday the 19th that it would arrive late. When I opened up the box, it arrived exactly on-time for the 24th of December in an electrostatic wrap and the processor works great! Thank you so much for your added effort and care! I will order from COMPUBUZZ.com again! "
"best price, quick and easy, best place to buy any computer accessories"
"Ordering from the website was a no muss, no fuss experience."
"A great outfit, good prices quality materials and speedy shipping. A+ service."
"So far so good. The internet site was easy to use. Gave you a lot of different options to choice from, add ons. Good competitive prices. "
" If found this company via pricewatch.com while looking for affordable Motherboard and processor combos. Compubuxx.com has got to be one of the cheapest and easiest sites I have ever purchased from (and I buy alot of parts). I whole-heartedly recommend this company.

" I purchased an AMD Athlon 2400 XP from the Compubuzz website. I tested in 2 different machines, both using motherboards that support this processor, both with the latest BIOS updates. In the first it would run sometimes at the correct speed, and once the machine had run for a while, any attempt to reboot would cause the machine to default to the bios setup screen, with a message that the settings for the processor were incorrect, they were set to auto detect, and the only way to get the system to boot again correctly, was to take the alternative setting the BIOS offered from the auto detect, which under clocked the CPU to 1500MHZ on a 100MHZ FSB. Obviously this was a problem.
I then attempted to contact the company through the website regarding an RMA, and after 2 days went by without reply, I tried calling instead. The young lady I got on the phone informed me that there was no one there I could talk to about this, and that all RMA request communications were done through email, and the website, and that I should hear from someone by the end of the following business day. This did not happen, and I sent an email to the organization asking for response by the end of business on the following Monday, also letting them know that if this did not happen that I would dispute the charges and send the part back, as well as begin a letter writing campaign with the BBB, and all around general bad-mouthing of the organization on all tech websites and bulletin boards. Lo and Behold, I received an RMA authorization in my email before lunch the following Monday.
Because I wanted to thoroughly test the CPU first, I installed in into a different machine, with another excellent motherboard, this time a Dragon Ultra KT400 as opposed to the original Asus K7S333. It worked for a couple of days at appropriate speeds in this machine, and I began to question the original motherboard, however it then began to boot into Windows XP Pro showing up as a 1.0GHZ AMD Athlon 2400 XP. The system was so slow as to be unusable, and nothing would get the chip to function correctly. At this point I sent the processor back using UPS within the alloted time frame of 10 days, and awaited an update to the support ticket, or an email, or phone call, or anything. NOTHING was forthcoming, and I finally sent an email letting them know that I could no longer view the support ticket online, and had heard nothing, but that tracking showed they had received the faulty CPU. Again there was no response until a few days later I received an automatically generated email, that merely referred to the original order, and told me nothing new. There was a UPS tracking number listed, that would not track on the UPS website. I sent another nasty email, and the following day I received a CPU. The invoice indicated it was a replacement non-billed, for the one I had returned. It was also the same damn chip I sent it to begin with, and is still as faulty as ever.
I am now planning to seek legal counsel regarding this entire fiasco, and since one of my benefits from my employer is paid legal counsel, this has been made simple for me. I will also dispute the charge on the credit card if they don't respond, and I will hold onto the part until the issue is resolved. It is very sad that all of this had to occur, just because their communications are almost non-existent, and their business practices immoral and unethical, if not completely illegal, and over an item not even worth $100. I see little hope my being able to resolve this short of legal action at this point, but gave them one last chance to turn this around. We will see what happens now."
"I found this site very easy to use and understand. Everything was straight forward and I had no problems buying what I wanted. Thanks for a good online buying experience"
"I've ordered several mother board combos from them before. I've always been pleased with their website and it's ease of use. Their shipping costs are very cheap and they are quick. I had to use an RMA once on a defective CPU and it was very easy. I do wish that they used better CPU fans on their basic combos. I don't need the best of fans like an overclocker, but something a little better would be nice. Overall they are great and blow those other "el-cheapo" places like BZboys, PCparts and Tuffshop away."
"I purchased an Athlon XP 2600 from this company. It arrived promptly, in about 4 days. That was the last time I was satisfied.
After a couple of days, I began to have random lock ups. I tried 2 other processors, with no problems. So, I called customer service for an RMA. I was told I had to get one from the web site. I tried to sign in for over an hour, but never could. Even tried setting up a new account, but no go.
Called customer service the next day. I explain what happened, and the techs answer is" Thats never happened before. I don't know what was wrong, but clearly your doing something wrong". Then with a heavy sigh, he takes down my info, and says he will call back in 2 hours with an RMA.
No return call. I send a couple of e mails, no reply.
Call tech again. Again, a totally bored tech who gives the attitude that I am bothering him. Again leave my info, and am told I get the RMA in 2 hours, and he hangs up.
This took 3 e mails, 3 phone calls and 1 months time to rectify.
The total lack of customer service is what really got to me. I will never do business with them again."
