"This was my first time ordering from geeks and so far i am very disappointed. Ordered a NS4V17-BULK-R -- Insignia Sport NS-4V17 4GB USB 2.0 MP4/MP3/FM/Bluetooth on 1/1/09 and was sent an email that it would they were shipping it Wednesday 1/7/09. The estimated date of delivery was today the 10th checked the tracking info and it said "Package data transmitted to FedEx" and that was it so i got a little curious and called Fedex to find out what it meant. Thats when i found out that it means that Geeks hasn't really shipped it only printed out the label even though the order status says it has been shipped. I called Geeks they day after it was supposedly shipped because they had called to alert me the package was ready for shipping. The operator said it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. First and last time doing business with them."

"Price is unbelieably low. I ordered a xD card reader MGXX-200-u but they sent me a SD card reader MGXS-200-u. Tried calling many times during business hours and many times I was unable to get throught to anyone finally around 11:00 the phone was answered. They said they were sorry and would send the correct card reader. My other item a 2GB Tiny Disk flash drive works great. We will see if they send the correct card reader this time."
