Headset came in a padded envelope with headset and cable. No box, instructions or extra earpiece was included. I plugged the headset in, and it would not charge. No lights came on. Item is broken, and I don't believe this item was ever tested. Buyer beware!"
"Received item in a prompt timely manner. Carton was stickered "New/Open box". Unpacked the contents and found the following: The PS3, power cord and video cord were in near new condition and very acceptable. The joy pad and its cord were a different story, they were well used and filthy. Had to use old toothbrush to break the crud off and then Windex them clean.
I have made previous purchases with this company without problems or complaints and would rate them at 95% to 100%, but this time, I would have to give them 80%.
I probably will continue to order from them and I may start making offers at less than advertised prices cover for such problems, because unless total DOA, its not worth the hassle of getting RMA and paying shipping to return.

"I'm a very dissatisfied and upset (former) customer when I ordered the Logitech G7 cordless mouse from Consumer Depot. I was happy to pay full price for a years old, discontinued mouse because I was used to it and love it, even though it was a demo model. However, I received one with a missing USB receiver, making the mouse utterly useless. When I wrote to customer service, I was expecting this missing part to be shipped to me so I can enjoy this mouse, but instead I get a generic autoresponse message telling me to use the online RMA form, and in this form it told me I'm responsible for shipping charges.
I looked all over the website for a phone number, and couldn't find any. When trying to contact them, they provide a form with a very limited amount of words that you can put in. Which is pointless as it just sends you a autoresponse anyway.
To sum up, I'm given an inconvenience on top of an inconvenience. This is wholly unacceptable. I've thrown the mouse away, and I've decided to eat the $70 they made me throw away, because I don't have time, or more money to waste any further. Consider this an aggravating lesson learned."
