EXTREME PRICE INCREASE

"I have ordered contacts from contact express for a few years now I would say since 2015 and I’ve never seen such a big increase in the price of contacts. I used to pay $75.00 a box now it’s upwards to $155.00. Why is there such an increase. Also stop sending me these crappy cheap “Kitt” sunglasses I didn’t ask for them they’re crap quality and ugly. Maybe offer free shipping instead of the **** sunglasses. If I want a nice purse sunglasses, I will order them through an actual sun glasses store."

Canadian Order for U.S. Delivery Address

"It was a bit glitchy getting through checkout. Entering the Canadian billing address didn't work. Billing still wanted a zip not a postal code.

The chat person recommended to NOT showing two different addresses.

So I went back and then back in again and did not select the box for a different billing address and it got through.

Chat was very quick to come online and resolve the problem.

Thank you. Glad I can use the U.S. shipping while in School in the U.S.
