"Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, they arrive and upon opening them there's only one pair in the box. I clearly paid for both. Still have not heard from them to let me know what's going on. I just sent them an email but let's see how quick they are to fix this issue .
Even the bill inside the box shows 2 pairs but then one of them crossed out with black marker .

"The processing fee, which isn’t clearly laid out anywhere except the shipping page is a dishonest way to pad the bill. Just charge what you need to charge to make a buck, don’t sneak in fees to make up for a lower sticker price.
