"I have been going back and forth with customer service by email regarding my first order, I was first told to just order different contact type because they are different than the ones I currently have and then I was told that the contacts I picked wasn't even compatible with my prescription so that was time wasted and then I called and I went through all of this again with the customer service rep when I was trying to cancel my order. The rep just kept trying to keep my order and force me to tell them my prescription even though I mentioned I had already done that through email. After going back and forth I finally had cancelled my order but lost on the coupon that would have saved me so much money because my contacts are very expensive due to the high astigmatism. "
