"I had my package returned twice by Canada Post and the post office here told me clearly what the issue was (my address was being auto corrected on your end). I ship packages every day as I also own and operate an e-commerce store so I know how Canada Post’s system works. When I asked the customer service rep to send me a picture of the label before shipping they replied that “it was confirmed with the shipping team”. Then they offered to ship by FedEx (this was the third attempt) which I agreed too and when I got the shipping notification it was again Canada Post. The rep then told me they decided to ship by Canada Post because of delays in Ontario with FedEx (do you guys not have notes to check and see that this would have been a bad idea?). I had to call the local post office and have them manually put the correct postal code on the package so it would be rerouted to the correct postal office. I now finally have my package almost a month later and guess what? The label was in fact incorrect as I had assumed and was lied to twice about. This could have been avoided if your “customer service” reps had actually confirmed that the label wasn’t being auto corrected when shipped. Easily one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a company in recent memory. I usually buy contacts from Clearly but they were out of one of the specific prescriptions I needed and found your site. If this had gone smoothly you probably would have gained a new customer but this was really bad. The cherry on top was your rep offering an eye exam and then trying to upsell me glasses as a sorry when I hadn’t even gotten my initial order yet, quite the ballsy move I will admit. "
