"The process of placing the order was satisfactory, with one exception. There was no way to get an estimated date of delivery before committing to the order. Even a day after placing the order, I still have no idea when to expect my glasses to arrive. I obviously can't review the quality of the product yet, since I haven't received them, but giving shoppers a sense of how long the order will take would be an improvement in the ordering process."

"The frames I ordered were on a 2-3 week back order. A customer service rep called me and also sent an email to alert to the delay and ask if I still wanted to put the order through. They also offered another color if I could not wait. All this was accomplished within one day of the original order. I opted to wait for the back order and was very impressed with the service."

"I purchased two frames and requested delivery to NYC as I had a relative staying in the city.
I paid an additional sum for a guaranteed two day delivery.
After the payment was taken I was advised that the frames weren't in stock so could not be delivered in the specified time and that the purchase had been refused for security reasons.
Now told it will take up to seven days to get my money back. "
