"I initially found the frames I wanted on another site but I wasn’t sure about buying through them as I’d never heard of them before. Lucky me, I also found them on CoolFrames and having used them in the past it was an easy choice of which company to purchase them from. However, the price points on each site was very different and I really wanted to make sure I could get the best deal since times are tough and wallets thin. Then I found out that CoolFrames offers a Price Match request and luckily they were able to match the other site’s price point. I also had some concerns about if the style of frames I chose would look good and fit well, so I worked out that I would purchase the frames and when they arrived I’d them out to make sure I liked them. Once I was sure that they were the ones I wanted, I was able to discuss in-depth the options for lenses with their customer service representative. In the end I got the best deal for my wallet, a great pair of new glasses for the New Year and the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. CoolFrames are 10/10 for me and my customer service representative Genesis should get a raise or big holiday bonus because they were absolutely amazing! "

"The website functionality was really bad. I tried to make a payment and it kept getting declined. I called customer service and they sent an invoice However it added expedited shipping which I did not need. She said I could change it and of course it would not let me. I canceled the order and then had to reorder. Also I received multiple emails afterwards about leaving something in my cart which was frustrating to clean up."

"They offer the ability to ship overnight, but neglect to mention they’ll have to order the product from the manufacturer, receive it, and THEN ship it overnight to you. I needed to replace some sunglasses by tomorrow, and they emailed me this morning saying they’ll ship them to me in four days or so.
I emailed back asking for clarification and they seem confused as to what the issue is. Response was essentially “well, when we finally ship them, it’ll be overnight shipping.”"
