"I paid for overnight delivery. Turns out that the delivery timeline starts after they receive the glasses which for now is an estimated 3 to 4 business days. So the overnight is practically a week at least! "

Your purchase on 2/7 after business hours could not have been delivered next day even if the item was on hand. Shipping time does not include processing time. Most items are not shipped same day unless they are physically in our warehouse.

"I was charged for an item that showed as in stock. After the purchase I was notified that the item was not in stock and had to cancel my order, now waiting for a refund.
A better approach would be to keep your stock status up to date and not charge for products you do not have"
“We do have an in stock take for items we physically have on hand, however the item you purchased did not say in stock, it just said available. The supply chain these days is awful and the item you wanted had to be ordered from Lacoste and would take six weeks, you requested a cancellation which was done same day.

"I ordered a Silhoutte frame with my new prescription. Silhouettes have limited distribution, so I was pleased to find it here. It took me 3 tries on different browsers to be able to complete the transaction (hint: go with Safari) and I was concerned that my insurance info would not follow this convoluted process. The thing that should have caused me to go elsewhere was not knowing how much insurance would cover until after I made the purchase. Which is when I found that Coolframes is out of the VSP network, and would only cover $145, as opposed to the $400+/- that I’d estimated. The service tech I spoke with was kind enough to extend a discount that made up SOME of the difference, but I really would have liked to have known this up front. Coolframes, your customer service tech totally saved this sale, I hope you are treating them like the gold they are!"

"Ordering was very easy. I just ordered the frames without getting prescription lenses in them. I will take the frames to my local eye doctor and have the prescription lenses put in using my vision insurance. The cost of the frames was half the price as what my vision care provider wanted for the exact same frames, so I am very pleased. Shipping was quick and I should have my frames within 4 days of ordering them. "
"I was able to use my insurance to pay for some of the glasses with prescription but I wish I could of used the promo with it as well. The insurance paid for $150 of it but with the promo I would have gotten almost another $50. That part I’m disappointed, I was told I couldn’t combine them. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take it off the part I owed. But customer service was helpful for the most part.I haven’t got my glasses yet but I will leave another review for those"
