"No lead-times listed on website. Said it was in stock and would ship in 3-5 days. After I placed my order than I was informed that it was out of stock and would take 4-5 weeks to come in. I asked to cancel my order and was told I would be charged $20. I’m still waiting for my refund of the $246.50 minus the $20 bucks of course. I emailed them twice saying I want a refund and they kept asking what I wanted to do. Annoying process. At this point I just want my refund. "

"It was a great overall experience to be able to a) find my exact frames, b) easy to order them on their online system, and c) no problem to ship to Canada. In addition because they were shipped to Canada it took a little longer which was no fault of Coolframes but the Canadian Shipper (Canada Post), when I followed up with Coolframes they were able to provide me with a Canadian tracking number which I was then able to locate where my frames were and track their arrival (held up by flooding in B.C.).
Finally, given their tremendous selection, when I next need new glasses I will source them here and have the lenses only provided by the optometrist."

"Frames received were size medium. I am sure I ordered large. I measured multiple times. Contacted customer service. Was sent the invoice showing medium. I know that's what the invoice says but that's not what I ordered. Was told I would need to pay for shipping to return, plus international return fee of $35 plus pay for new lenses. Not worth it. I'll just replace them elsewhere. Should have shopped local. Lesson learned. "
"I ordered a pair of frames from Coolframes. Then I went uptown to shop and saw the pair of glasses I just ordered in the window of the optometrist in town. I immediately went back to my office and called customer service to cancel my coolframes order because the website indicates that you can cancel with no consequences within two hours of your order. The customer representative at first said I could not cancel. When I pointed out that the website said I could, she said, with an aggressive attitude, quote, "Fine - I will cancel the order." I asked for her to send a confirmation email cancelling the order but have yet to receive the email documenting my cancellation. I am still hopeful they did not charge my credit card. "
