I sent an e-mail to their sales department per their instructions. I called Monday and was told someone forgot to order the frames from the manufacturer. I was supposed to get a call back later that day and have heard nothing since. It’s now been a week and no updates or return email from sales. I won’t be purchasing from Cool Frames again. "
“SO the truth is that on of the frames you ordered was sadly no longer produced by Luxottica and we refunded the order as per your request, we are too very sorry we could not fill it. As far as a cleaning kit we do include those with orders that request them and if you are missing one we will gladly provide another. We hope you enjoy the eyeglasses we were able to ship 7 days after they were purchased with progressive lenses.
