"I ordered a pair of crystal ULTRA Goliath II (vintage frames) and they are exactly what I expected, as I already have 5 pair. Hard to find as ULTRA went out of business years and years ago. I'm guessing these are newly made from original casts... but they look correct. You can see Seinfeld's dad wearing a pair of black REGULAR Goliaths, and RUN DMC wears various colour Goliaths. Old Skool style.
Took about a month to get from time of order, here in Canada, because of Covid-19 delays."

"I bought a pair of prescription glasses and the process was simple enough. However, after I had made the purchase I received an email letting me know that the pair I wanted wasn't in stock and it might take up to 2 months before they had got them in. I most likely would not have purchased and waited until they were back in stock before making my purchase transaction. I will now wait a while until they arrive and are sent out with my prescription. It would have been good to have known that they weren't in stock in the first instance. I did get the opportunity to cancel my order but we will see how this progresses. Otherwise, I'm happy with their service to date."
"Overall the experience and use of the website was great right up until it was time to try and apply insurance to my order. Instead of being able to do this all through the website it became a manual process sending emails back and forth. There aren’t any clear instructions on how to be apply insurance to your order and the information page makes it seem like you can do this easily at check out. Other than that the selection was good, the prices fair, and the shipping was quick once I was finally able to place an order."

"A few hours after ordering my frames I received an Email with the following statement, "For the next 48 hours, we’re offering you a $30 Gift Card to apply to any purchase." (That's copied and pasted.) But when I attempted to use the code that was given to complete a new order I received a message that the order had to be $150. or more. After 5 attempts to contact customer service, The line kept disconnecting, I was informed that the code was, in fact, only good for orders over $150.
I hope my order arrives satisfactorily as I have no confidence in Coolframes support."
