"The order process was user-friendly. My frames arrived sooner than expected and well packaged. Petite frames are hard to find, so I liked the size and appearance of the Red Raven Berkelely. Unfortunately, I cannot wear them as the nose pads cut into the sides of my nose. Because of my unique prescription, I had lenses made locally, so I am unable to return the frames."

"I made a purchase, I received my Bank´s message authorizing it, and also received an email from Coolframes confirming the order. Later on Coolframes rejected the order. Nobody from Coolframes contacted me to inform me. I called the day after because I received an email asking me if I was still interested in making the purchase. I called customer service, they did not give a reason for rejecting my order. They said that my money would be returned (until 1 week after the purchase) and if I still wanted my order, they would send me an invoice and I would have to pay again. The customer service lady seemed to care less about what happened. Unbelievable! They are not interested in the customer, abuses him, and seem not to care about it. "
