"The first time I called with questions, the customer service lady practically hung up on me. I was concise, but she seemed annoyed to have to be on the phone. Eton and Sam were both very helpful. I think the process of applying insurance to the purchase before paying could be streamlined. We had multiple phone calls and emails trying to get a final total. Took an extra 10 days from the first time I tried to order. If anyone else online had the frames my daughter wanted at this price I would've gone there. That said, the prices really can't be beat. So some helpful folks at Coolframes, process needs to be more efficient. I find Eyeconic and Zenni easier to use, but after searching their sites, the price and availability won out."
"It is hard to find frames with magnetic clip-on sunglasses at local stores, but Cool Frames has a great selection at very reasonable prices. I was able to find the exact frame I am currently wearing and order it in a different color (my glasses are graying with my hair!). As a bonus, my old clip-on sunglasses will fit, so I will have a back up pair. And I only paid $40 more for the new frames than it would have cost me for replacement clip-ones. "
