"Took them seven days just to tell me they’d shipped my order, though upon checking a few hours after receiving that updated, UPS says all they’ve done is create a shipping label for it. I have no idea when my order is going to be delivered but I sure figured they’d take less than a day or two, or three to ship it. The selection is find and i found the exact item i was looking for in a variety of sizes, and i’m very happy to get hard-to-find brands that way. But the shipping speed is ridiculous."

"I was looking for a specific model of rimless Silhouette frames and went to an optician that carried the Silhouette brand. After my eye exam, I priced out a similar but not exactly the same model of glasses I was interested in (>$800). Similar because my model was discontinued. Sticker shock made me look on the internet and I found exactly what I was looking for at Coolframes for < half the price. I received the glasses in < two weeks.
Several months later, the glasses developed a stress crack in one lens where the frame is mounted to the lens. Coolframes replaced the lens for "

"I ordered online early Monday morning at 12 AM PST. Received my glasses the following Monday. The prices are ridiculously competitive (low). I originally ordered a single pair from the retailer SunglassHut, but returned them because I found Coolframes online. The price of both pair of glasses were cheaper than the single pair with the other retailer. Not to mention, the other retailer price gouged me! They were $70 cheaper online when I looked, but the in store purchase was charged full price. You can’t go wrong with Coolframes! "

"I ordered 10 days ago. Item hasn’t shipped and seller doesn’t respond to emails I sent through PayPal. Status says “processing”. Paid $54 shipping included for frames, found later on another site for $15. The price was fine but no customer service. "

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the pattern made by Aspire we would be glad to exchange it for another pattern to your liking or another frame all together.
