"Everything went well, I loved the price especially and picking my lenses was easy. The only thing that made me slightly bothered was that my glasses arrived with smudges. I expected them to be cleaned and smudge free before being packaged but thats a minor problem. The frames were exactly what I wanted and I will definitely use this company again for my next 'cool frames'. "

"I wish I could give this company zero stars. They messed up my prescription, as I paid a lot of money for two designer frames with progressive lenses. When I get them I can't see a thing, and when I make them aware of this they blame me that I entered the wrong information when I know that I didn't. They even made a mistake on one of their emails with what I entered. Every email I received from them has something misspelled, or grammatical error. I have reported them, and demand my money back, which I'm sure I will spend more taking them to court. They are a bunch of thieves."
"My only issue with the entire experience was having to "login in" each time I wanted to make an edit, though it might have been an issue with my browser. I required both long distance single vision and a set of "computer" glasses, the available options for frames, and the lens choice selection were very well laid out and easy to select from. I was able to upload my prescription for both and then quickly select frames and lens to complete both orders."
"It was just the waiting and process operation from America that was the main gripe. Initially the frame size i thought looked too small for my face ( i ordered the largest ) , but the more i wear them they seem to grow on me. I suppose other peoples reaction to the glasses will give me some more of either positive or negative feedback. The lenses are fine and can see exactly the same as with my British glasses . They are plastic and lightweight with no nose pads. Time will tell on durability and wear and tear as i have only just received them. The checker effect is just right and not overboard. So far....so good."
