"Before my purchase I contacted C.S.
I asked about the return policy.
I was informed that the restocking fee was 10 %
On an item below $250 and 20 % on an item above $250.
There is a well designed revenue stream ! — Lol
That was certainly a “poor” way to start this purchase.
I then purchase the frames knowing this - accept the consequences of the return policy.
And a day later was called by C.S. the frames were no longer available.

“the listing did not say in stock all it said was the item is available and as we state that processing time does not equal shipping time. We had to order the frame brand new from Polo, you decided not to wait and we fully refunded you. Overnight shipping is only the method used once shipped not including processing time as listed under shipping policy you read prior to ordering from our store.”
