However I had absolutely NO issues with what I ordered and the customer service follow-up. The sunglasses arrived through USPS, Canada Post here in Canada.

Love my sunglasses. Bought them for the motorbike, haven't tried them yet.

The best part was I bought them, in Canadian dollars, so an added bonus for sure.

"When I ordered a pair of frames they charged my credit card and did not ship the frames for four days (by slowest mail) and only after I sent them an email. I did not get them for over two weeks after my credit card was charged. Although I currently wear frames from the same manufacturer, the pair they sent were unacceptable, very flimsy and I was concerned they would not last.
They charge a 20% restocking fee for returns without an exchange, I returned the frames paying $ 8.45 shipping. Despite my sending a note that the frames they sent were not acceptable and requesting they waive the restocking fee, they claimed that's how the frames were supposed to be and still deducted $19.20 from my original payment.

So if you want your credit card charged, have your shipment delayed, have to return the frames paying $ 8.45 shipping and lose almost $30, go ahead and order from Cool Frames."
