Complaint and disputes with DHgate are useless. They go out of their way to protect sellers and take your money. Had a legitimate dispute for wrong color/pattern closed because they changed dispute to 'non-delivery' and order was actually delivered (clever huh?). Their mediator never read the dispute nor looked at the evidence before decision.

This what you can expect from DHgate if you have a product. They'll do what little they can to get you to go away.

On 8/1/2020 after 63 days of my order’s date, and several emails to the seller that never were responded I filed a dispute.
On 8/5/2020 DHgate sent me this message” This email is to inform you that your Order xxxxxxx66 has been applied full. Please check the following details for the reason of cancellation: Refund Reason: Buyer failed to sign for the delivery”. My refund posted on my account on 8/7/2020.
The “Refund Reason” is incorrect because the order never arrived to my address at Salt Lake City. The seller sent to a nonexistence address in another city “Draper” with no house number.
How can 2 bikes fit in a small package, sent to a nonexistence address in another city, the vendors never answer any of your messages, and give a refund reason “buyer failed to sign for the delivery”? The answer is DHgate sells goods using nonexistent vendors just to get your money.

The phone number is for a warranty - not purchases. They say they can't help. The "chat" and "message" features do not work. I signed in by opening a new account with another email and as a NEW customer got "chat". She told me to sign in (I already told her I could NOT and all she did was send me the link to reset my password and hung up!!!!) Tried to contact company, account no longer works. Tried to contact through Facebook. Just got messages to contact seller, who I cannot contact as I cannot log in to their pathetic customer service.
Long story short, no product, no response from DHGate.
I filed a dispute with Visa. They sighed and put the refund through immediately.
False tracking, tracking numbers change, tracking company changes. All tracking ends at an airport in China, if you believe their BS.
I think the "wow, they're great" reviews are from trolls or employees."
