"Received wrong package, jewellery-ring vs. the watch ordered. Order NO. ***-***-****. The package with tracking number provided by seller had return address of PO Box 6368, Rosemead, CA, 91770 USA. Please google search the address and there are numerous similar complaints. Provided picture, video, weight, dimensions proof but DHGate decided to close the case in favor of the seller. Lost $$$ for both the watch and Saphhire glass ordered. Really surprised though that neither seller nor DHgate will listen. Terrible customer service. Well,.. lesson learned. If anything goes wrong with the order, DHgate will support the seller. Buyer cannot do anything. Filed a case with credit card company and DHgate will directly talk to my credit card company to manage this dispute."
"Don't ever order from this scam company!!! They promise delivery and you don't get your items or if you do they are complete crap. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I am a fool, first order last year was complete crap, this time I tried to order some nice face masks, and they never came. No real customer service, in a online chat que for 2.5 hours only to get a rep who was typing from a script with only a list of excuses and no help. "Ordered 31 ride on kid cars. They’re just starting to be delivered. However all of the first 6 cars has been sent to different city and states. I opened A dispute never received a response. I called my bank chase and they refunded me my money for the 6 cars. Now I have to see if they other 24 cars come here. I’m devastated as I have a business to run "

"I placed an order at the beginning of March and my order had a maximum delivery date of 30 days. The shipping ceased to update after 3/20. When I reached out to customer service and the seller I had to launch a dispute which I was told would take 10 days. Fast forward 10 days, they told me to wait another 10 days. Then I was told I would have a final response on 4/27. After 4/27 passed customer service would respond to no emails and they blocked me from sending a message to them. I also have not had two additional orders even ship. I recommend filing fraud complaints with your bank or credit card as they refuse to offer any customer support for products that are not received. I also discovered their stickers at the bottom guaranteeing safety have been used illegally and are not legitimate. "
"DHgate gives estimated delivery times but the truth is that the delivery times are 60-90 days longer now. That is unethical bait and switch tactic and the customer service will not support you in canceling your order or refund your money. DO NOT TRUST DHGATE OR THE SELLERS."

"I placed an order 3 months ago and paid for express shipping which the seller ignored. I have requested a refund from the seller and he refuses because the product has shipped. However, it has not reached the USA. I have raised the issue with Customer Support through their escalation process and they respond with the same answer. The product has shipped and I need to wait.
They refuse to understand 1) I paid $40 for express shipment and they have not refunded that cost. 2) They should accept the product has been lost and refund my payment. "
"I inquired about and item and then placed an order and was told that the processing would take 1-9 days and then ship. Once they got the money, I was told that it will take 2 months to process and ship because of the COVID-19. I tried to cancel the order and they denied. I responded back and told them that this was going on before I placed my order and they never responded. The item shouldn't be marked as in stock or available if it's going to take that long.

"Shortly after I paid over USD 600 for my order, I was told it was shipped. The tracking number was fraudulent. Eventually the seller admitted he had never really even had it in stock to ship. His site then showed that the item was out of stock. When I asked for a refund from DHgate, at least two of their staff said that I would get one; but I was just given a run around. Threatening them to turn the matter over to government contacts in China got me nowhere. Finally, American Express came to the rescue and gave me credit, and went after them. I believe that a class action suit should be filed against DHgate, as I have reason to believe that they have avoided paying many people back money that was owed to them."
"DH Gate is a fraudulent company. I placed an order in early Feb 2020, the seller shipped me the wrong items. The seller would not acknowledge or respond to my messages that they sent me the wrong items so I opened a dispute. I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. I no longer wanted to work with this seller due to lack of response and unprofessionalism. The seller did not comply with the dispute, they did not acknowledge that they received the return, they will not comply that my refund should be released. Fast forward over 2 months, now mid April 2020 DH Gate mediation will not work with the seller or myself and they will not release my refund. I am done with this company, they are so unprofessional. This isn't a small refund, its hundreds of dollars. I called my bank today to report the fraud and request a chargeback for the charge. I will NEVER order from DH Gate again."
"I received damaged items and some were the wrong sizes. The seller ask me to just drop the dispute. He wanted me to just **** it up and let him keep my money! I put the dispute in the day I received the items. Why would they release the money to him knowing there was an issue? The dispute process only protects the seller, NOT YOU! "I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of leds from lily-xi over the years. I have accumulated 44 four foot and 22 eight foot leds that have gone bad and have been replace by me. I need to get comped for these leds that are supposed to have a 3 year guarantee. So far I've had nothing but a run around from customer service and lily-xi won't answer my e-mails. I figure they are trying to wait me out. Bad business on their parts."
