"ordered a complete cooling kit on march 28th. the whole kit arrived on april 7th. its missing the resevoir called customer support,they said it gets shipped seperatly.they cant find the tracking # for it. sent them an email - no reply.
so now i have a 350 dollor system that i cant use till the resevour shows up,which no one can locate yet i got charged for. (this is my second post date says april 2nd it is april 9th

finally got a response to the emails and phone calls on the resivior i ordered on march 28th.
after asking them to remove it from my credit card so i could order it from frozencpu.com,they email me saying its bein shipped overnight. thats does me no good now that i have one here that showed up in 2 days from the other company"

"I haven't received my order yet but I am already impressed. They had the best prices I could find on the items (except for the heater core shroud, but I really wanted to order everything from the same place). Pretty much a minute after I placed my order, I got a confirmation email. While it was being processed I had a mishap with my computer and needed a few items removed so I could afford a new processor, so I emailed them asking them to remove a few items from my order. A day later I though about it and decided that one of the things (rad and shroud) could go back on and I'd be ok. I emailed them this too. Today I was wondering what my order status was so I was browsing their site for some kind of update, and noticed the link here. I also noticed that once on here, there was a phone number, so I called it. A very nice lady answered and was very helpful and friendly the whole time, from tracking my order down (their computers are down so she had to do it by hand) to making sure that everything was shipping that was supposed to, to getting my credit card credited almost immediatly for the item that I wanted removed. Very helpful, very friendly, and I will update once I receive my order, but I predict that too will be of the highest quality. Take THAT Dtek!"

by the quality i've seen by other users in forums. the finish on the bases of their water blocks are
top notch. their attention to detail and craftsmanship
is awesome.
i ordered a RBX block for my P4, a MAZE4-GPU for
my Radeon 9800pro, and a Eheim 1250 pump. everything
was shipped via FED-EX and came within 5 business days.
i noticed that the finish on the inside of the RBX
block had burrs and was not finished. i took a picture
of it and sent an e-mail to tech support at Danger Den.
that was at 5 A.M. by 10 A.M. i received a call from the shop foreman and he was very apologetic.
he believed that the block mistakenly skipped a process.
he assured me he would replace the block with a new
one. by 11 A.M. that same day a new one was shipped
via Fed-Ex overnight at no cost to me. i'm very
impressed with the customer service at Danger Den.
my blocks are works of art and i plan to make more
purchases from them in the future. Danger Den Rocks!"
