"I ordered a toner cartridge from Data Bazaar for my Brother laser Printer. I ordered it in advance, so when my current toner cartridge ran out, I could put the new one in without a problem. my original cartridge finally ran out, and when I put the toner cartridge in the prints came out with black marks on the side. I called databazaar to return the defective product, and they told me that since it was past 60 days, they would replace my cartridge but I would have to pay for the return shipping. I explained to them that I did now want to wait for my old cartridge to run out before ordering a new one, so it's possible that my future orders would be more than 60 days before I actually used the item. After checking with management, they said I still had to pay for return shipping. Unless you plan on using your products within 60 days, I wouldn't order from them. Although the customer service person was nice, they did not treat me well. I will find another place with a better return policy. "

"AVOID this merchant!
I placed the order with them on November 24th. and I paid for second day delivery.
They advertise next day shipping. Their website did not have anything saying they did not work on November 25 and 26th. Order was not delivered as of November 30th. Customer service is rude (they disconnect chat, I use DSL, connection was up all the time I attempted chat with them) and they provide conflicting information: I received an email that the order will be delivered on December 1st, 2010, but when I contacted their chat version of “support”, they canceled my order claiming “credit card verification” issues.

"I ordered a set of ink cartridges a few weeks before I knew my business would need them so as to be prepared for when I ran out (as waiting for ink to arrive can cause serious problems for a retailer). They sent me a box that looked very similar to what I ordered, but contained CL-8 cartridges instead of the CL-221's that I needed. I didn't notice this until I went to change the ink as the receipt said they sent CL-221's, as did the item description...now I'm out of ink and my business is suffering as a result. I've attempted to exchange the cartridges and all I've gotten are automated responses. Can't get in touch with anyone that can help me. I would strongly advise against doing any business with this company: the job they do is obviously very poor and there's nil customer service to help you out when they mess up your order."

"I have been Databazaar customer for good many years. Their service was great & products were of satisfactory quality. I usually order 3 to 4 month's supply at once. Recently I opened a previously ordered around April or May 2010 HP 4050 cartridge in August of 2010. This was Dr. Toner brand. The problem was it was empty. Got only may be 100 copies. Should have gotten upwards of 7000 per our experience. I opened the second spare ordered in the same April May shipment. Same result, only 100 copies and toner out. Contacted them, initially they gave me a 30 days policy excuse. Which in my judgment wrong for customer's who order toner to stock up for near future. Anyway, they agreed replace both if I pay 50% of cost to them. So I got 2 new at 50% cost. After a month of receipt, I opened one & surprised to see it was defective. This time it gave me smudge marks on the copies. I made a comment to them about the issue on 9-28-10. They did not care to reply or find out why their such a good product line is going to a Junk status!!!! I would never buy from them & risk garbage quality toners from Databazaar."

"I have been a customer of DB for a couple of years now-- they consistantly do an excellent job-- the product is correct, the shipping is speedy and FREE! the prices are amazing-- every couple of orders I shop around, just to make sure I'm still getting the best price, and each time I'm stunned by how much less they charge, for the same exact product!! outstanding!! I'm changing printers, Hp to epson, I'm sure hoping I find the same deals!!"

"I've been a customer of Databazaar for several years, but no more. I ordered some laser printer toner and, because I needed it fairly soon, I paid for "rapid ground shipment." Six business days later, there was still no sign of movement beyond Jacksonville, FL. I expected them to duplicate the order and send it by overnight shipment, but they "couldn't" do that, and I'm told the order will arrive in another three days. Sorry, not good enough."

"I ordered 8 refurbished HP comptatible ink cartridges at once because it's a pain to place a new order every month. Five months after my purchase I found that one of the ink cartridges was bad. Not a big deal, I figured I would just send it back and get a replacement. When I called Databazaar they informed me that their return policy was good for only **30 DAYS**!! Are you kidding me? I asked the CSR if I was supposed to test all of my ink cartridges within the first 30 days and all she could say was that was their policy. Completely unreasonable. I would understand if this had been my second or third time I had tried to make a return, OR if this was my first purchase. But I've been a repeat customer and this is the first time I've ever tried to return anything. If databazaar can't stand behind its products then I certainly can't afford to risk buying from them. They turned a happy, easy customer into a "never to return" customer in about 90 seconds flat."

"I had a very good experience with Databazaar and will order from them again. I messed up an order and hit the Place Order button just as I realized it. They waived the cancellation fee for me so I could re-do the order correctly. The prices were the best I could find, the order got here very quickly and they provided friendly customer service!"

"An item was already used when i opend a brand new box. asked for RMA on 4/22. on 4/23, next day, received e-mail from rep, Jessica to discard the defective item and will send replacement. now, after a month, they're asking for the defective item which i have already discarded. since there's no defective item to send, they can't send me replacement. i have spoken to the supervisor and she merely says, "regretful" It's terrible customer serivice because i had simply followed their instruction and now i'm being punished for it! will not do business with this people"
