"Our company has been purchasing ink cartridges/toner for approximately 3 years from Databazaar and have had no issues or complaints. I think their $5.00 off is a joke when we order $600+ worth of cartridges every few months. I think they should offer greater discounts with purchase quantity, etc. In the past they had the best prices we could find online, however, after my last order I realized I can now buy the cartridges I use at the office supply for a few dollars cheaper so unless they offer greater savings with quantity, I will start ordering elsewhere. Their prices are no longer competitive as they were in the past."

"I have had nothing but good service from Databazaar. I read all the reviews including all the negative reviews, and I've had NONE of those experiences. I have always gotten what I ordered in a timely fashion. When I changed printers I was able to return those I hadn't used for a new stock for my new machine, customer service being excellent. I have one pending order now that should be here next week. I live about as far away as one can get, but still get my order in a timely manner. Only once a few years ago I ordered at the end of November, and my order got lost in the Christmas rush, they resent and I received that order. I have nothing negative to say about this firm"

"Avoid this merchant! I had placed an order for two ink cartridges to be sent to mother. Upon finding out 15 days later that she had not received the cartridges, I contacted Databazaar. First of all, noone ever answered the phone, it kept hanging up, so I resorted to using Chat Online. The individual was helpful, BUT.. informed me that the order had been canceled due to fraud prevention. They had never informed me that they had canceled the order. I ended up ordering from a different merchant but at this point had to pay extra for 2-day shipping to get to my mother in time. The story did not end there. I just received my credit card statement and found that they had charged me for the order even though they had canceled the order due to fraud prevention. This makes no sense! Upon calling customer service (today the phones worked), as I did not see a credit for the amount, the customer service person stated that a credit had been issued the day after I had contacted them (at this point 16 days after the order had been placed). I find this very interesting as who know if they would have ever credited my account. BAD from all perspectives! "
