The have an enormus variety of products and I've got very good quality things from there. The clothes are not so cheap but eevrything related with electronics and computers is much cheaper than what I can find in my country.
I made some orders and received them within a month more or less, but lately they are taking TOO LONG to get here or get lost in the way (I live in Uruguay). Some friends say it's because the orders come via Argentina and they are getting too strict with the costoms controls and they send back any package coming from China even though Argentina is not their final dastination, some other say that as the packages usually don't have a tracking number anyone could steal them in the way. I don't know, Costomer Service Staff has been very kind with me anyway and I'll way a littlle longer for my orders. But this problem is a very important issue for me deciding to buy there again."

The best deal from DX is mostly batteries which you can't find it in any other sites. This is the order # that I submitting right now. However, there are a few SKUs need re-stock and delay for some time. Nevertheless, I waited for the re-stock and DX sent whatever is available first and till then all ordered items are fulfilled.
The speed of postage is considered fast for an average of between 2 to 3 weeks for me. The processing time for orders may depend on the ready stock available. It could take up to weeks if stock is not available.
For the DX customer services, their services are the best in online shopping for most of them if not all DX staff. Courtesy, polite, considerate, passionate, quick problem solver etc are all good values I see in the DX staff.
When it comes to refund or return, DX will do a through investigation, like sending photo to them and decide the compensation matter. Everything is in order and smooth and nothing hinders in the ticket process.
So, I rate DX as 5 stars for all the survey items. However, the product review may need improvement so that the missing review after pending can be accounted for. There is no email or notice telling you whether your review is approved or deleted by DX when in pending status.

I have made 14 orders average $85 since July - Oct last year and still am waiting for many parts although your system says shipped but not WHAT PARTS SHIPPED WHEN???
Shipping to Nicaragua during the busy season may be the problem. Last order# & date is in the required fields below.
You need to fix your computer system and automate.
- Your mail that says a part contained in a big order is not in stock is WORTHLESS, What part is not in stock?
- You ship partial orders all the time with no order number on package. So if several orders contain the same part then customer tracking parts ordered/received is impossible.
Other than that you are doing well.
Please automate more though - you already have the data - Process it.
EDIT: Received 3 large packages of stuff just after I posted - Must have been slow shipping.
