"worst online shop that I have ever seen! Placed an order on 23th of Oct 2013 and nothing arrived up until now (14.01.2014). Raised a ticket almost two weeks agom, no answer. Chat customer support keeps saying that I will get an answer in 12 hours :) and I got these answer like 6-7 times. how funny is that? Order was 55USD and I actually wanted to see how they move in order to place a much bigger order. You can imagine what will happen with the big order :) One word about the chat service: they are all very friendly and assure you on things that never happen.

I have just received the goods. Everything works, all the products were in the package. I would like to believe that was an unfortunate shipping, probably the package was lost on the way and also would like to believe that lack of responsiveness to my ticket was because of very busy days at DX.com. After this experience, I would like to say that:
- DX.com has awsome offer (huge number of products, great price)
- online platform is great
- customer support is very proffessional (I give them 5 stars always after talking to them)
- free shipping pretty much everywhere!
- shipping might be very long sometimes (my case)
- ticket replying might take some time (my case)

In few words, if you don't need the products to arrive very quick, it's definitely worth buying from DX.com."
