"This order took a long time to come. Even after I wrote customer service and they asked me to wait another 15 days, the order has not yet arrived.
So they just did not reply for 5 days until the reservation has finally arrived.
They promise an answer within 48 hours.

The shipping time to Holland takes about 3 weeks, but that is a fact and not a problem for me.
If something is not o.k. the solve our problem very good, for example : last time I ordered a Androidbox and the remote control did not work when it arrived. After contacting the customer support they send me a new one.

"I buying twice from DealExtreme. First shipment I receive in three weeks. Another shipment delay one monts.
I asked DX to the compensation of loosing the shipment or send the package to me again. I am receive that.
Customer support (thanks Windy) is great and they really trying to help, thanks allot to DX customer service team.
